Every cent in trust, accounted for.

ProManage is trust accounting for New Zealand property managers. It matches bank lines to tenancies, keeps the trust account reconciled to the day, and produces the statements owners and auditors rely on.

The ProManage reconciliation screen for 10 September 2026: a bank statement balance of $482,316.40 equals $478,905.15 held across beneficiary ledgers plus $3,411.25 in unpresented items, with 43 of the day's 47 bank lines matched automatically.

From bank statement to owner statement.

  1. 01

    Import statements

Load statements from any New Zealand bank. You set the layout once, and a line imported twice is only ever counted once.

  2. 02

    Match receipts

Payments are matched to tenancies on reference, payer and amount. Anything uncertain waits for a person. Nothing is guessed.

  3. 03

    Pay owners

Payment runs are drawn from ledger balances, approved by a second person, and exported as an ANZ, ASB or BNZ batch file.

  4. 04

    Send statements

Owner statements, tax summaries and the month-end reconciliation are produced as PDFs and emailed on schedule.

Automate the 90%.
Queue the 10%.

Clear-cut payments are receipted without anyone touching them. The rest arrive in a keyboard-driven queue with the tenancy, the rent and the arrears already beside each line. Every decision takes a keystroke, and every match can be explained.

The review queue: four bank lines the matcher would not decide alone, each shown with its proposed tenancy and the evidence for it.

The rules are enforced, not remembered.

  • Double entry, in the database

Nobody can save a journal whose debits don't equal its credits.

  • No owner funds another

A payment that would take a ledger below zero is refused when it's written.

  • Nothing is overwritten

Records are append-only. A correction is a reversal that points at the original.

  • Signed-off months stay shut

A locked month can't change. Late items land in the next open period, flagged.

  • Two people to pay

Payment runs need a second approver, and a bank account changed after approval stops the run.

  • Every figure traces back

Any number on any report opens to the bank line behind it.
